I’m calling it now. Caper berries are the new “it” garnish for bloody marys. They’re tangy, salty, pickled, and perfectly shaped for a cocktail pick. They pair nicely with olives, and they’re just plain delicious. So when you show up to Bottega Louie, know they are ahead of the curve.
