Epic Hawaiian Pizza Inspired Bloody Marys at Jude's - Seattle
Sometimes, a bloody mary is epic. Like this bloody mary garnished with a bloody mary. Or this $35 All About Mary. Or, of course, this insanity from O'Davey's Pub in Wisconsin. But sometimes, a bloody mary is epic in a completely different way. At Jude's in Seattle, culinary creativity combines with adventurous flavors to produce a bloody mary that is both mouth-watering on the inside and grandiose on the outside.
Jude's Old Town - Rainier Beach, Seattle
Jude's is a family friendly, neighborhood bar serving up cold beers, craft cocktails and fresh, sustainable, high quality eats. Each week, Jude's introduces a new Fresh Sheet with a theme ranging from French bites to pub grub to Mediterranean specials. This week's theme is Hawaiian, and to go along with your Hawaiian bites, Jude's is offering a King Kameha Mary.
Hawaiian Pizza as a Drink?
Inspired by Hawaiian pizza flavors, owner Beau Hebert concocted this sweet and savory pineapple juice spiked bloody mary. Using their spicy, savory house mix combined with a layer of sweet pineapple juice and a salty rim, the King Kameha Mary coats your mouth with a bright sugary burst followed by a burning peppery finish. The garnish transports your sun deprived self to a tropical Hawaiian luau with its brightly colored cocktail umbrella, chunky helping of skewered Zoe's ham, juicy sweet cherries, a huge slice of fresh cut pineapple, orange and lime.
