When I walk into a restaurant, I generally have an idea of what to expect from a bloody mary. But for some reason, Seatown Seabar not only surprised me, it just plain blew me away. The briny, salty flavor of dill pickle juice swam throughout a light but luscious blend. Bright acidity delivered a solidly medium spice, and a classic peppery finish made it perfect for year round drinking.
